    Found this wonderful restaurant on my way from moberly to kc, very friendly waitress, and the food was wonderful.  Home Cookin as the name states.  The steak burger was thick and huge!  Came with a baked potato and salad bar.  Salad was fresh and the green beans had great taste too. Definitely stop here if in the area

    Home cooking the way it should be! They have a full menu and a full buffet. We stopped in at 7:00 pm for dinner and what a surprise! Popcorn shrimp, steak , grilled shrimp,  mash potatoes and pecan pie. Next time I will take pictures because the shrimp was 3 inches and as big as my thumb. They were so tender and fixed to perfection!

    We will definitely stop in again!

    Sherrys Home Cooking had to be the best small town diner ever.   Service is great and Sherry is the nicest lady you'll ever meet.  Be sure to try the pies!

    The art of running a small town diner is exemplified by Sherry's. A nice, homey, welcoming atmosphere and excellent home cooked-style dishes are hallmarks of Sherry's. I had a delicious, well cooked cheeseburger, fries and sweet tea--wish I had tried the special, but will save that for my next trip to Brunswick, the Pecan Capital of Missouri!
